Commission Information
The Artistic Process
Every portrait is created entirely by hand using professional-quality soft pastels on archival sanded paper. Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations are a natural part of the artistic process and contribute to the uniqueness of the finished artwork.
Commission Schedule
Portrait commissions are completed in the order in which they are received. Estimated completion times may vary depending on the current commission schedule and the complexity of each portrait.
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total commission fee is required to reserve your place in the commission schedule. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment of the completed artwork.
Portrait pricing is determined by the selected size and the overall complexity of the commission. All payments are non-refundable once a commission has been accepted.
Commission Investment
Portrait prices are subject to change without notice. The price for your commission is not guaranteed until your deposit has been received. If pricing changes between your initial inquiry and the date your deposit is submitted, the current pricing at the time of booking will apply.
Refunds
If Imagine Art is unable to complete a commissioned portrait due to circumstances within its control, all payments made toward the commission will be refunded in full.
Copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of Imagine Art. Imagine Art reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, publish, and display images or videos of commissioned artwork for portfolio, promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
Clients may not reproduce, alter, or use images of the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission. Any images of the artwork shared by the client must remain unedited and include the Imagine Art watermark.
Social Media and Online Sharing
Clients are welcome to share images of their completed portrait for personal, non-commercial use, provided the Imagine Art watermark remains visible.
When sharing on social media or online, clients are asked to credit Imagine Art by including at least one of the following:
- Tag @Imagine Art (where available)
- Mention Imagine Art by name
- Include a link to www.imaginealltheart.com
