Terms and Conditions of Portrait Commissions
CONTENT USAGE CONSENT
All commissioned portraits will be displayed on this artists website and other social media. Imagine Art, fine artist Jenna Harrison retains the copyright to ALL artwork completed. All images or texts on this website are copyrighted; therefore, you cannot use on other websites or promotional material without specific written permission by Imagine Art, fine artist Jenna Harrison.
By submitting a photo, you are giving full permission to this artist for a rendering of the image(s) and subject matter showed therein.
Imagine Art, fine artist Jenna Harrison reserves the right to use any content, including text, image, or video exchanged through mobile text, email, standard mail, Facebook message, or any other means of communication for uses of marketing, promotion, or reproduction and resale. Finished portraits may be printed for sale.
All artwork is commissioned for personal use only and may not be used for financial gain, unless a prior License Agreement is made with the artist.
PAYMENT
Portrait commissions will be accepted once a deposit (to be discussed on an individual basis) has been paid in full, or if the total cost of the portrait is paid in full. The portrait will be added to the commission queue once this payment has been received. An approximate date range for portrait completion will be discussed. Deposit payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If for any reason Imagine Art, fine artist Jenna Harrison is unable to provide the product discussed with the customer, a full refund will be provided.
The customer pays CT sales tax, at 6.35% of the total portrait cost. The customer also pays for shipping of the portrait.
Once a portrait has been completed to the customer's satisfaction, payment is due within 5 (five) days of notification. After this period, Imagine Art, fine artist Jenna Harrison reserves the right to charge an additional $10 per day until the final payment is made in full. If the portrait is completed prior to the approximate date range discussed, the final payment will be due within 5 days of notification, and the same conditions apply.
