Commissioning a Portrait
Portraits are completed in the order in which they were commissioned.
If a portrait must be completed by a certain deadline that requires changing the order of commissions, a rush fee may be applied.
Making Payment
In order to reserve a place on Imagine Art's wait list, your payment must be made in full.
Total portrait rates vary and are dependent on the size and complexity of the portrait. Portrait payments are non-refundable.
Prices
Portrait rates are subject to change. The current price for your portrait at the time of payment will be applied to your commission.
In other words, if you contact Imagine Art in May and the payment isn't placed until September, portrait price will be that of September.
Refund Policy
If, under any circumstances, the portrait cannot be completed or fulfilled by any fault of Imagine Art, a full refund will be issued.
Copyright
Imagine Art reserves the right to images of the original artwork. All images sent or shared in any way by the client MUST be watermarked by Imagine Art.
Social Media
If an image is shared through social media, the post must include at least ONE of the following:
1. Imagine Art's name
2. a hyperlink (tag) to Imagine Art
3. a hyperlink to Imagine Art's website (www.imaginealltheart.com)
4. a direct email contact to Imagine Art (imaginealltheart@gmail.com)
Images of the original artwork may not be shared on any social media platform without direct permission of Imagine Art.
